Returns

Need to return your item? No problem! Please return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. 


We unfortunately cannot offer an exchange on the item you wish to return. Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached.


Accessories & Sale Items Are Non Returnable.


You do not need to notify us of your return, however we would recommend you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account. 


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM


Unfortunately, we do not offer free or prepaid returns.  

Please fill in the details on your returns sheet enclosed inside your parcel. If you have lost your returns sheet, you can pop a note in your parcel, with your full name, telephone number and address along with the description of the items you are returning.

Please note that it can take up to 14 days for refunded items to be credited back to your account. 


Delivery charge is non refundable. 


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM


We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible. 

Please email jazzabellaboutique@gmail.com with the image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details.
